New Yamaha ATVs for 2019

Fresh for 2019, Yamaha recently announced their collection of new ATVs, expanding their trusted utility and sport lines. These stylish and powerful vehicles maintain Yamaha’s commitment to looks and functionality, with durable construction and comfortable seating to make sure riders have a reliable, enjoyable time – whether they’re riding trails or working on the farm.

New models for 2019 include:

– Special Edition Grizzly
– Kodiak 700
– Kodiak 450
– Raptor 700R
– Raptor 90
– YFZ450R
– YFZ50

The SE Grizzly is the flagship of the 2019 line, with exclusive 27-inch Maxxis ‘Zilla tires, 14-inch cast aluminum wheels, and updates to the design – including new paint schemes and an improved dash.

Each of the other models have updates as well, including a range of previously unavailable color options. The ATVs built for utility, the Kodiak 700 and the more compact Kodiak 450, have been updated with a focus on comfort, as well as the power and towing capacity needed for tough jobs. Both Kodiak models include significant technical upgrades, including On-Command 4-wheel drive systems and EPS.

On the sport side of things, the YFZ450 is a lightweight, high-tech piece of equipment designed for MX racers. The no-weld frame, constructed of aluminum and tension steel, allows for an engine placement that is both ergonomic for the rider and an efficient center of mass. The entire ATV is designed with the rider in mind, including clutch assistance for faster shifting and reduced fatigue, as well as a t-shaped seat for maximum knee room and tighter cornering.

The other 2019 sport models, the Raptor 700 and Raptor 700R, take the advanced features of the YFZ and combine them with the comforts and ease of use needed for all-day enjoyment. The lightest ATV in its class, the Raptor is built to handle any terrain with agility – and keep the rider comfortable in the process!

Rounding out the 2019 releases are two child models. The Raptor 90 is designed for riders ages 10 and up, with pared down features to help beginners learn, and enough power for young riders to grow into as they hone their skills. For even younger riders, the YFZ50 is built for riders ages 6 and up. This model includes supervisory controls to help acclimate beginner riders, as well as a tether switch capable of shutting down the engine if needed. The YFZ50 is a safe, fun way to introduce kids to the exciting world of ATV riding.

Each of these 2019 models brings advanced developments to Yamaha’s outstanding collection of ATVs, further solidifying the Grizzly, Kodiak, Raptor, and YFZ names as industry leaders in sport, utility, and MX riding.
